We'll be having a Class Gathering pretty soon. But, I need you people to tell me whether you prefer it to be held in November or December.

Currently we're thinking of having a lunch/dinner together and maybe catch a movie or sth.

HELLOS. SORRY FOR THIS BLOG BEING DEAD. BTW THERE IS A GATHERING COMING AND HERE ARE THE DETAILS :D

Venue: Marina South Steamboat &BBQ (Buffet Style; $12/Adult)
Time: ~1PM – 8PM
Date: 23rd OR 30th December 2007 (Depending on Majority)

- Meeting Place will be at Ang Mo Kio MRT CONTROL STATION around 12.30PM to 1PM.

- We’ll then take MRT to Marina Bay, then a bus from Marina Bay to the Steamboat &BBQ place.

- You may want to have lunch before going to Marina South as we are having Dinner there during evening only.

- You all may want to play in Arcade, Bowling, Other Recreational Activities etc. first [:

- The Buffet Steamboat &BBQ will start around 5PM plus or 6PM, as you all wish.

okkays ii must say that the whole bbQ gathering yesterday was SUCCESSFUL!! although there were some unexpected encounters here and there, well yippee for everyone. aNd ii'M defineteLy sure that those who had attended for it had absoLute funN. welL whether euux were chit-chating, playing, ka jiao-ing each other or whatever else, what else couLd be better than visiting your oLd classmates? ahahahax. aNd although there was only a pathetic number of 17 pupiLs who attended the bbQ gathering, we were thankful enough lerhhx. welL, the water boMb right, girLs played for awhile at first, but ended upp with boys vioLent throwing. dortts. girLs were screaMiNg Like helL everywhere for the bombs that dropped near them. LOLX. everyone was uLtimateLy very enthu esp at the arrivaL of miss huda. cLapps. well, although she only stayed for an hour++, we were gLad enough. aNd sadd to say, we actualLy expected 30 ppL min to be attending for the gathering before this week. but due to the fact that many of euux all had Last Minute changes during the last two days, it resuLts to 17 with lots and lots of leftovers, which was thrown away in the end. aNd for those we weren't able to attend this gathering, sadd for euux, but no worries. we'll see euux at the next gathering. aNd ii certaiNly hope that it wouLdn't be as bad as the two gathering we had this yr. bad in the sense of the pathetic number of people. well see euux next yr. aNd of course happy hoLiday everyone :P

Okay now all the information are here,the date ,as what jasmine has said , has been finalised. We are sorry, Pheadra, we are unable to change it to another date.The time is from 3.30 pm for those who are coming early and it should end by 8.30 pm ( or maybe a bit later ).We MIGHT hoist a flag to signify that the pit is ours. We only hope that on that day it would not rain if it does, please refer to the last few post. For other information please send an email to all of us,an we will get back to you as quick as possible. okkays. better update something before the blogg gets dry. here are updates of bbQ gathering arhhx. aNd the final results for the dates of bbQ party are out. it's either on 28 oct or 4th nov, saturdays and here's the question posted to alL of euux: [which date do euux prefer? select one or agree on both dates.] For those who haven give us a repLy, please leave a messsage for us. the final date depends on you. the most number of votes or whatever date will be the final date of course. and volunteers for the buying of stuFFS at NTUC are set and finalisE le. the ppl who are going are: arun, cherpeng, royce, alicia, annabel, clara, cheryl , minying, rachel and mii. that's all for now, will update on the final date soon :)

Whoa...out of a sudden, a wave just splash over us , now the not going list is increasing...it seems like everyone cannot decide on a specific date.So i decided to copy
Jasmine idea...hee..i put another poll regarding the dates.It is at the navigation ' past '.We want to make this a sucess hor and i am not wrong, most of the school would have their holidays after 27 october which mean the holidays for us start at 28 october so i
doubt that anyone would have any trouble coming after.We know that many people would be going for holidays thus the activity will be at the first week mah...the dates are actually posted from the 28 oct to 6 november,well during the 1st week.So we really hope that all of you would attend this activity.We shall not finalised the dates first,kayes?

First time posting here....so please ,please ignore any mistake i made in the post hor...
BBQ details:

The date is on 28 October 2006 [not yet finalised but if there is no news from us ( Organising Committee and yes , i know it seems chim* ) , we stick with it kayes? ]

The time is from 4 pm to maybe ....( of course before 9 pm lar , though we might delay for a bit* ) 4 pm we shall start the event with a water bomb game,so those who want to join in, please be reminded to wear casual clothes , we are not having a prom party here. and of course bring extra clothing for we will not want you to catch a cold... duh. By around 6 pm , the BBQ will start and there will be songs , of course. * Plastic bag will be provided also for the throwing of rubbish

Food , if you do not know , is being decided upon a poll under the navigation * past * please vote for your choice and , as a matter of fact ,we do not limit the number of food or drinks you picked.The people ( the committee larhhx ) will go and buy it and volunteer are entitled to $1 off the fee you have to pay.* Entitled on a first come first serve basis

Rate : hmmm....that one haven decide yet but the more people that come,the lesser the fee you have to pay lar. The fee will be posted later on after the exam, around 15 oct , mostly everyone is supposed to pay the full amount even the committee also, except for the volunteers . *For those who want to volunteer regarding the volunteering buying of food,please put your name on the tagboard and guys ,if you see got 5 names already,the rest may stop volunteering liao
Songs : For those who wants their song to be played on the day * ur favourite songs * send an email to me[cherpeng] and i will try to find the songs,if i am unable to find it , bring your songs along and we would played it for you.
P.S: committee are not counted as the volunteers but you all HAVE to buy the food unless you are really really really very busy that day...

In case of rain, the BBQ will be cancelled off and then reschedule to another date or perhaps cancelled totally. If it is a heavy downpour , we will find shelther and slowly released you off. If it is a slight drizzle ,we will still seek shelther but the plan is slightly different, we would wait for the rain to stop and continue,if it does not stop , we will have to reschedule the date to maybe the next day or. unfortunately , to the other month.

Location : The area located would be in East Coast Park , the BBQ pit number would be informed at a later post,which is probably after exam, 15 oct

Bringing of friends:The committee allow the people to bring friend over but pls inform us beforehand and pls be notified that the friend you bring along will have to pay the fee also...

Reconfirmation : Guys , after examinations the committee will be calling everyone to reconfirm so please do not shout at us when you picked up the phone * ample warning have been given*. Anyway part of the details have been posted, the other part we shall provide you with more information after examinations. This shall be one of the last announcement regarding the BBQ before the exams. For your reminder again, people in the Committee are: Jasmine Kong, Cheryl Phua , Min Ying , Valerie , Cher peng and Royce.All the best in your examinations....We will be waiting for the good news of ur marks....

Fine. hopefully we are right that Miss HuDa's birthday is on either the 8th or 9th.the fasting periods are from 23 sept to 23/24 oct and they can't eat before 7.15pm. before that time they need not be at home. so, if miss huda agress with it, the 3 of them-miss huda, adilah and ridzuan- will only get to eat food after that time. ahahahax. we've gotten this piece of infomation from adilah and hopefully miss huda will agree with it. if she dun agree, then we have no choice but to change the date to one after their fasting period.and now because there's deepavali on 21st so we changed to 28 le. okkays if that's the case here are the important details to take note of for the bbq party:

That's the most accurate and final decision for now. if there's any last minute changes we'll update as soon as possible. and hopefully there'e none after this. really sorry for the previous timings and also if anyone still have examinations after 21oct please tell us fast. we changed from 15th oct to 21st oct cause Royce's examinations end at 20th. please leave a message at the tagboard. and we've changed from 21th to 28th cause 21st is Deepavali. And rest assured that this will be the most comfirm date cause there's nothing on 28th. no exams, no public holidaysAnd most of all, please help to spread this bbq party to all pupils of 6b'05. and for those who can't make it, please leave a note to one of the organiser's

hiiees alL. ii've created a poll at the [past] navigation about the list of preference food for the bbq party on 28th oct. please vote and this poll will be up till 21st Oct. the selected food with the most votings will of course be the food we are having on that day, shhoo choose the food wisely!! you can haf more than one choice about the food from the list and of course if you would like to have sommething else that's not listed upp at the poll, please voice out. thankks x]
